| The Poly-61 has a certain dirty and grungy character of its own. It is good at raspy analog synth pads, thick and weird resonating basses, some other late 70's synth sounds and not much else. The "M" version of the Poly-61 was also equipped with a very basic and rudimentary MIDI-interface, but I really wouldn't bother using it as a MIDI-synth though. If you have a sampler, try sampling the 61 instead, to create some incredibly cool and unusual vintage synth noises!
