I have read several reviews where people have attacked the quality of the tritons acoustic instruments and I suppose being critical for a machine in this price range the Acoustic Paino patch and Ac. Guitar patch dont sound great unaffected, but aside from those quibbles this machine is the business, as long as you not writing purely acoustic music what more could you want. Moss board replace dodgy ac. patches with beautiful Phys. modelled sounds, space for 8 expansion boards, on board sampling and even Mlan. I own trin rack, E-mu P2k, Yam A5000, Esi-32, MC-505, Korg X5DR, Yam Sw1000 and SBL!ve ( hey they are good value )but the Triton really is the centre of my universe. Any decent producer/songwriter will have no trouble turning out release quality stuff with this board 5 outta 5 4 Korg Comments About the Sounds: Rich, warm, dynamic. Great Pads, Organs, Bellz and Strings. Best Drum sounds of any multi-purpose module |
