They were blowing these samplers out, which is how I bought mine. It was desgined with DJ's in mind but also does a fine job in my home studio where it is being used to create new sounds and compositions. Once used to the user interface it is really easy to create loops, one shot or reverse samples. Its built in hardware includes the "Bigger Brother" S-series chips by Roland which are outstanding! 16 bit a/d and 20 bit d/a! If you got 300 bucks to spend on a sampler and don't need a big keyboard to come with it, then go ahead and buy this one! Comments About the Sounds: The 36 built in samples are mostly hip-hop oriented, but as with most samplers, get some cool samples and boogie away in excellent sound qualitly! |
