I thnink its great. All the general functions are there. Compared to its plastic younger sister, SH-101, this one has an all-metal construction. One thing i really like is the use of sliders instead of "turningknobs". The LFO is incredible with its selectable square, sine or random(!!!!!) waveforms. The filter which has a lopass and resonance function, is just amazing. There is (only?) one fully controll- able VCO, but there is also a suboscillator, to create those FAT basses. The subcan be set to one or two octaves below at variable waveforms. The Enveloper is the regular ADSR and is quite effective. Most of the effects can be controlled by it. It has two CV Ins and Outs, to connect with MIDI or something. A very cool function is the EXTERNAL INPUT. It alows anything to be used with the filter. This synth is really a winner!

Comments About the Sounds:
Very cool Analouge sounds. With this baby you can rally create some FAT basses!
