Very good for retro 70s strings and brass pads. You can't make these sounds with modern synths. The 'Violin' sound played in the highest octaves is excellent where sampled strings often sound distorted or ugly in high octaves. External effects like reverb, a flanger or a phaser do wonders to the sounds.
