I just picked up a Akai VX600 from a very nice guy in Rotterdam.I was looking for one for a while.Finally found it,perfectly working to.. This is a very cool machine which only a hand full of people know of.It sounds great and has lots of sonic variation.It is a instant killer to all those modern instruments like CS1X etc etc.Major modulation routing.Fat and ugly bass tones.Great piercing FX and drones.If you see one buy it.It is the best buy i have done in a long time.Try to find a 12 osc analog synth,with matrix,audio in,MIDI,and a great sound for only 500$.You will not unless you get one of these.All you electro bombers out there this is the one.I have it standing next to a MPC 60II and they make a nice pair..........Next buy is a pearl syncussion,Tr 808,and a elektron sidstation.Then my set is near perfection. Verygood sounds, ok filter but really hard to use (at beginning..)I likeit!
