Wonderful machine, easy to use, good sounds and good response. Easy editing also.

Like somebody below said, the fill button is really very cool. Why dont all drum machines have that? Once you get used to working with the SR-16, its hard to switch to another drum box without that fill button.

I like the classic drum kits in this module. Why do people always want "new" sounds. Do people insist on "new" guitar sounds? or "new" piano sounds? Its a disease. Classis sounds are here to stay. "new" is not always better. Sometimes "new" sucks, and when it comes to drums, you dont need "new". That is just silly.

Great stuff. Not a drummer but that's another bonus. I can't fault this. They've tried to please everybody and made a good job of it. It'll be fine for recording purposes. Good sounds for the money. If you want better, put your hand a lot deeper into your pocket and fork out 5 or 6 hundred.
