The ms-10 is the most powerful analog wonder i own. I also have the juno106. Some people say the juno is the synth for techno. Those people never heard the 'talking dude'. You can actually let the ms-10 speak to you as you tweak those knops. I normally route the output trough my SP-808 for the effects. So you can harmonise the sound. Instead of a monophonic sound you can create chords on it too!!!! Awesome for some fat-ass basses. Without this machine my inspiration is gone. BTW I bought mine for $250 in excellent, actually new state. If you see one, buy it!!!!

problem with this machine is that it's got so much twiddleness to it, you never get round to writing tunes. pure pleasure

My fave synth amongst my well-used collection of allsorts .... brutish or smooth as silk, flapping bass, whooshing and shrieking filter, patch everything into everything else, hard-ass basics-only, very powerful PWN sounds, great clean (tho' quiet) sine wave ........

If you see one, buy it. No, don't, instead call me on 0xxx xxx xxxxx ....

I had been looking for a good filter for a long time: i bought a Sherman filterbank, but that wasn't really it. Just nasty scratching sounds. I bought a Electrix Filterfactory, but hat wasn't it either. To heavy filters. Then one day a guy can up to me offered me his vintage MS-10. I bought it for its looks, until i plugged in..............see one = buy one and live a happy life`

Alex a professional user from USA writes:
The best day of my life was when I found my MS-10 on the curb in front of my house under a pile of trash. Sure I had to duct-tape it together but it's been as good as new ever since. I've used it to create all kinds of effects in the studio, from hip hop basslines to old school acid house. Oh, yeah, and it can perfectly imitate the sound of a tibetan monk chanting.
