Excellent synth... You can find an online version of the owner's manual at : http://www.compuphonic.com/ben/korgms/msmenu.html

If you want to make really great patches, double any inputs or outputs on the patch panel with simple one-mono to two-mono jack converters (er, these little things that cost -or weight- really nothing with one mono jack input and two mono jack outputs). Double the sound output and plug one into the external signal in... then tweak the volume knob and the ext sig knob... Buy about 5 to 10 jacks and 2 or 3 "1to2 converters" (I don't know the name of this thing in english) and you can play for hours (or years) the reverse enveloppe is also great...

oh god, this is the sound that i hve been looking for. i found my ms10 by chance (for $65cdn) and it has been blowing my mind ever since, all i need now is a ms20 and a sq10. hint :for best results trigger this synth with a midi to cv converter and patch voltages to control the various parameters at the input points. this little devil plays itself and won't let you down. last night my ms10s keyboard seemed to respond to velocity, if i tapped a key a completely different sound came out then when i pressed hard on the same key....go figure!

i bought it for 10$ because it WAS "broken"....now i am very happy and proud of this machine. you have to play a little bit before getting something out of it, but then....dr Who will come out of your amplifier!

Arafat a hobbyist user from USA writes:
This was my first synth. I grew out of it after about 6 months or so. I just didn't think it had enough flexibility (as far as sound diversity). But recently iv'e grown to apreciate it's expressivness. Ive played about 8 or 9 analogs since then and I have never seen a synth that gave me such modulation controll. Yes you can only play with one note at a time, but that frees up your other hand to mess with the wonderfull nobs. God I love that damn thing. I swear it wast alive.

Alex Medici a professional user from Italy / US writes:
Incredibly unique sounds. This machine looks as good as it sounds. Definately agree with the previous post-it is a design classic. There is nothing more fun than watch ing the floor trip out to the teaks and procecing of this most unique noise toy! Plus it looks so damned cool!
