Good sounds but could of been better with more knobs and less menu pages.

Fabulous sounds. Not the only synth you should own, but as a complement to the rest of your sounds. Great basses, horns, plucked strings and "analog" sounds. The ribbon/tube controller is reason enough to buy it, just for the expressiveness. Get someone to show you the demo mode, THEN make up your mind.

I have one, my drummer has one, my friend Micah has 2 of them!. This thing rocks.
I have a friend that his entire studio consists of only an akai s2000 (sampler),
a roland MC50mkII (sequencer) and his prophecy, and he is able to create
some of the most amazing stuff, with only the prophecy as a soundsource
if you have the means buy one. I sold my Moog a while back. You would have to kill me to get my prophecy

Got one a week ago, haven't been able to live a decent life since.
It's just awesome, I almost blew up my stereospeakers with one of them motion sounds.
Buy one!!!!!
