AL a hobbyist user from usa writes:
This synth rules!! fantastic midi control, responding to a dozen midi modulation channels, great built in effects, superb voice quality......BUT PROGRAMMING THIS THING IS A BEAR AND A HALF! IS THERE AN EDITOR IN EXISTENCE FOR THIS THING, ANYBODY OUT THERE?? THE WOODWINDS AND BRASS ARE TOTALLY OUTSTANDING, TOO! IS THERE ANYTHING NOT POSSIBLE WITH THIS, OTHER THAN SOME POLYPHONY?

Ignacio Soler a hobbyist user from Spain writes:
Sorry for my crap English.I have one and I think its sound

its very caracteristic.I can recognice it in most songs. This

is the problem for me.I dont like much this,I prefer anonym sounds

rather than this.It has lots of utils and make great and strange

sounds but is hard to program cos its multiples controls.

Its to easy to forget your initial idea between the hundreds

of screens but sometimes this is Good!!! I made this my best

sounds.

Its a very very good keyboard controler, thougt.

Bob a professional user from UK. writes:
Z1 - with a bit of work, you can achieve anything. Couple it with a decent sampler and a workhorse module such as a JV-series, and you will not need anything else. Music making heaven.
