I noticed some of you guys were commenting about the Ju's lack of velocity sensing.Just in case you didn't know, it will respond to velocity via a controller that does. I've had a ton of analog synths and always seem to go back to my Juno for great bass and strings. Play patch 67 Seq Bass and you'll know what I mean. I just had the backlit display go out recently, anyone know how to get that fixed? I currently own a A Korg Triton and a Korg MS2000 neither can emulate that warm bass or Hoover type sounds. Get the PG-300 (if you can find one!) Ive had mine for almost 20 (count em') years, and its still a valuable tool.

so, i finally got the adaptor and i must admit the moment i pressed the first key i was in love :) you just gotta luv that filter! yummy. i've been playing around the thing for a few hours now and have already made a few nice patches. who said you need the programmer? a waste of a useful $200 in my opinion. maybe i'll get a korg polysix for the same money :)

ive written about the alpha before. alpha dial forever;o)> my trusty old yam dx100 board died, which i used for a motherboard. so i tried the alpha and found the chord memory records into reason. etc. kewl
