The mc303 is decent for aspiring young little electro kids that need a place to start. other then that this thing sucks major balls, i bought it used back about 2 years ago and i wrote maybe 2 decent tracks on it... i would not wish this "thing" on my worst enemy... roland is turning into shit

"This thing is a piece of shit, period" Gee thats what they told me in 1985 about my 909 when the TR707 came out with all digital sounds. The machines are the same its just the SOUNDS that are different. I give credit for Roland for as least trying to update the machines and they ALMOST got there with the MC-505... Now if they would just let me build them the ULTIMATE Machine, The MC-909: Analog/Digital, Sampling, Sequencing, Drums, Effects AND an Air FX all at once...

Krashman a part-time user from USA writes:
You know its funny, creativity is solely dependant on the creator. This box is a wonderful machine, one that if you dig into it and create can only be an asset. I have had mine for 3 years and would not trade it for the world. I have read reviews on the Quasimidi 309, which i also own, it is good for what it does but doesnt touch the creative ability my 303 has!!!

the mc303 is a rip off. don't get sucked into the hype that these guitar center employees create for the sole purpose of not having to clear their inventory of these for $50. there's so much more on the market available nowadays. it is amazing to see so many folks take honest reviews about why the 303 sucks personal. keep telling it like it is microflip!
