Know it's not the best grooveboxes around these days but something less than $300 is really a great bargain for a groovebox that i've done miracles with.

Gabriel rossi a professional user from USA writes:
I like the ease of the mc-303 but it tends to be restricting. I don't like being told what sounds to use. All the music out there is starting to sound the same. If this keeps up, (with the help of roland dumping all the same gear with the same sounds on the market and ruining the originality of the performer), techno will soon be known as muzak. The D-beam is cool and all but it is just too easy. Lets go back to the late eighties with hardware sequencers and a sampler. Thats where its at!! thanks. gabe

Bargainboy a hobbyist user from NYC writes:
8 track sixteen step and real-time sequence programming (for drum and synth sounds), and a half decent sound engine all for around $500 (now under $300) is really an amazing thing considering these are almost all of the concepts you need to be familiar with before you get into the big power. I admit, mine is gathering dust now, but it did serve its purpose, and i still occasionally pull it out at gigs to play some of my older tracks that I sequenced on it. An extremely under-rated machine, but definately not a TB-303.

I'm so sad to have read all the bad bad reviews & rating given to this powerful machine. These ppl should take some effort studying the manual. After mastering it,you'll never let it go again.

MC-Burglar from USA writes:
I left my friends house one night with the stolen 303 in a record bag, jumped into my Suzuki Jeep with two friends and drove off at high speed. 10 minutes later, I said, "Where's the 303?". Nobody had it. I'd left it on the roof of the Jeep! After having a look on the roof (It wasn't there), I drove back through dark London streets, scanning the road..... and found it outside my friends house on the street, in the gutter. It had fallen 5 feet onto a kerb and into the road, protected only by its thin record bag. I took it home, switched it on and it was fine. After that, I have to love it!
