Also, the oscillators are both selectable between 64' and 2'!!! Can make high tones that will make your head throb! (if you like that kind of thing)

This is a terrific sounding synth. I play around with other stuff but always come back to it and will never sell it! Got it for about $150, in 1991. So worth it!! It's a ridiculously great bass synth. The filters are juicy-lovely. Give the MS20 filter a run for its money. Not thin at all, whoever said that didn't listen closely enough to the LPF. The BPF and HPF can sound thin, but BPF and HPF almost always sound thin, because they emphasize mids and high frequencies.

2 independent filters & envelope sections. 1 envelope can be triggered by external in, and can control VCF1 (positive or inverted) and VCF2 (positive only) Great for vocal-esque basses, and (if you've got multiple passes on a multitrack) super stereo filter-ness (invert filter direction on second track) Filters don't quite go to self-resonance. Good hackable external jacks. The closest I'll ever come to a child.

I had min for 6 years. I trade synth's when i get bored with them. But this one i keep, it has its personality. I allways pick it upp when i need to sample some new sound. And best thing is that i bought it for 100$(6 years ago).
