Very Phat indeed.. every time i sit down with this machine i come up with an absolute stonking new sound. It kicks!.. the only problem is the MIDI implementation which doesn't let you use more than a sound at a time, so i guess i'll just have to go and buy another one!!

yeah... i was the one who wrote that quote... YES I DO AGREE that it does good organs.... my lady friend was impressed unto the quality of the organ sounds on this thing.. and shes a classicaly trained pianist! but the pianos and other stuff.... they sounds "neat" and they're usable.. but they arent TOP grade natural sounds.. ok... im done defending myself... no harm done.. koo dat koo dat...

Quoting from review below: "you mean normal...... uhhhhh.. it does those ok... but its ANALOG MODELING.. so its not really meant for wind/organ/piano.. try a rompler for that 1.." I could not disagree more! It CAN do VERY nice organs and wind. It can't do grand piano though, that's true. (or can it? :) I haven't been able to at least, but you never know :)

Ive bought my AN1X 2 months ago in March 2000. This thing is GREAT. Really phatt basses, really soft strings and super-sweet pads are factory-built-in. That thing I have missed a long time in my setup. It makes big fun to program your own sounds. Well, its analog modelling, but who cares?
