Thank you so much Roger Linn for this perfect Machine you have made for us. Since the first time I discover the MPC, I never want to use another drum machine in the world, and I realy love it. 1st it was the MPC 60,MPC 60 II, and now I own the MPC 3000. the only sugestion I have is how to make the MPC work directly with a PC or MAC, to be able to save or load or do anything combine with a PC or MAC computer. For exemple using the SCSI to hook in any device related with acomputer. My GOD that will be great. Thanks again.

The MPC3000 is a true monster in every aspect. Drum sounds just kick people in the crotch!!! My only beef with MPC3000 is that it heats up like a motherfucker!!! I'm afraid that the heat will melt the soldering inside the unit if I leave it on too long...I will try to find a fan for it...Does anybody know if I can fit an internal fan on the unit? Are all MPC3000s like this or is it just mine...?

One comment about EMU samplers...Why do they put such cheap buttons on such an expensive sampler??? My buttons are going one by one...

Heil to da MPC!!!

Mines hooked up to the PC thru VST. I use it as a drum machine, I like Chopping out beats on it, and using samples. I use to use it as a sequencer but not anymore, it's too limited compared to VST as a sequencer, but it is a very good hardware sequencer. I've used the 60, 3000 and the 2000, not much difference between them to tell you the truth, the only difference is that the new MPC2000Xl has time stretch capabilities on it.

The MPC 3000 is the best machine I've ever used, it was worth dumping my MPC 2000. I noticed the difference very first time I used it. If you can get a 3000 then GET IT!!!
