Peter k a professional user from The netherlands writes:
12 bit heaven and the akai testtone for those great basslines. If your Quickdisk doesn't work, maybe you can fix it with a new belt! I have repaired mine and it works as new. The cable for the 6 voices out is easy to make as well. In the manual you can see how to wire the 12 pin DIN plug.

Tuttle Soundlabs a professional user from US writes:
I just got ahold of one of these monsters and I love it - although the quickdisc doesn't work. It has an uncanny way of making crappy sounds sound better(and good sounds - worse).

These baby's are cheap and easy to use(I picked mine up for $85-US). So if you like that crusty 12 bit low samp rate sound - get one while you can.

Samuel/Spektrum a hobbyist user from Sweden writes:
Well... I have one, and i love it!

But i make noisy techno so the sound quality is ok for me. I love the backwards thing... I have a S-1000 to for non noisy loops. =)
