I bought my AX-80 about 10 years ago and i still love it. It complements my setup and gives me a lot of versatility. However, recently i had a problem with the right keypads giving out. I was wondering if there was anyone out there who could give it a look see in the New York area...

Hours and hours and hours of enjoyment. Constantly coming up with variations to make you smile:) I bought my AX80 about 8 years ago for $300. After getting it back from making the mistake of loaning it to a "friend", I now need a couple of replacement parts. (Please contact me with help if you have it)

I love this thing. I have a whole lotta other analog synths of the same era (juno 106, poly6, jx3p, seq. multitrak, etc) and i love this one the most. If yer tired of the roland and sequential sound, get this board. Its sounds are fatter, it looks cooler, and its often less expensive. Only problem is, mine is decomposing at an alarming rate. dunno if i just have a lemon or what, but despite that its the strongest built synth ive seen, every part you can touch has some problem! oh well, just make sure you get one in good condition!
