Just bought my AX80 at a flea market for $100. Seemed like an interesting keyboard and since I'd never owned an Akai I decided to go for it. After getting it home and actually checking it out, I've discovered that , unfortunately, this board was quite abused, lots of screws missing, many cosmetic blemishes, malfunctioning keys etc... I cleaned it up and re-assembled it as best I could and am actually quite excited about the quality of many of the sounds. As everyone else seems to have already mentioned there are 4 or 5 membrane switches that don't function reliably (any easy fix ideas?) and I also don't have a manual. But hey, for a hundred bucks I feel quite good about the purchase.
