Just using the demo is sounds marvellous.. it's just limited respect other softs like reaktor but it make its job perfectly. I can't undestand why but this soft sound professional while others (like reaktor and similar) seems duller..

Wow. Dreamstations filters are superb. Just try to run one saw osc trough a LP12 filter!!!(make it low notes) It just sounds awesome. Do the same thing with Reason and laugh you pants off.

if a program works fine then there is no need for updates....

I posted a year ago telling my love for this program. I would now like to make an addition. I've owned DS for awhile and thought i love it, the service is crap! It's been around for 2+ years and all we've gotten is one minor bug fix update and thats IT. In *years*! I got Orion about 5 months ago and that's released many updates and a Pro version. But Dreamstation has had 5 or 6 posts to it's new section since it's inception in 1999. And when I started it, they had the gall to say there will be a fee charged for updates. Well, that's all well and good, IF they updated! Still, it better not be much. I bought it before they lowered the price and haven't gotten squat besides that original package to show for it since then. The sound is good, but the people behind it need to shape up, if this was just a pet project, they shouldn't be charging as much as they are for it, esp since other people are charging less and putting more effort into it.

Dreamstation is fucking awesome........ the synthesis section is close to the sounds found in reason.... try the randomise feature and u get loads of kewl sounds.... the presets work well for me ..... but theres still more work to be done on the latency ......5ms on a SB live
