I got my guitar about a year ago at a yard sale for $5.00. I really like it alot, its easy to play, and a lot of fun to. The best part is it never needs to be tuned.

DG-10 (and 20) can be a joy to operate, it takes a bit getting used to, but you can jam without anyone around, or be the keyboard player in a band without knowing how to play the keyboard. Some sounds are a bit "hoaky" but along with a band, they can add a new dimension. If anyone needs help on repairs, there is a guy in Elmont Long Island NY, that can fix them....!!!

I bought a DG-10 in 1996 for A$150, and have never regretted it. I have used it many times onstage (with mostly fun and farcical rock and roll bands) and it always comes through with the goods. Every guitar player with a sense of humour who sees it falls instantly in love. If you see one buy it straight away.

What can I say - this thing is worth whatever you will pay for it. Screw the on-board sounds, the true animal inside this instrument lies in its direct midi out function. Simply hook it up to your favorite synthesizer (Roland JP 8080 :)) and the possibilities are infinite. Not nearly as nice as a Starr labs Ztar, but this has strings on it for a more guitar-feel to it. pluss it is about 3 grand cheaper :) overall, I could probably look at the lack of features such as bending or alternate tunings, but then I look at the production date. and the price. at that point I feel extremely lucky to own one of these. plus it looks like some sort of alien weapon. it complements my hair nicely. :)
