I think the scratch is some what overrated, because it does not scratch like a real turntable at all, when you move the wheel thingee forward it plays one sample, and when you move it backwards it plays another, but it always plays it at the same speed. also "scratching" in stops the current beat (till the end of the bar) which is annoying...

the best thing is the voice effector. especially when utilised in the following fashion: plug in mic, start beat, point mic at speaker. switch effector to high for weird computergamey bleeps, and down to low for massive lasery phat shit.
