I dig the board. It has great sounds and you can even do some synthesizer like parameter changes to effect some of the sounds. It has a floppy drive and a sd memory card slot and it has midi in/out you can get songs and sounds in and out of it in a veritable plethora of ways.Ialso use it as a masterkeyboard for some of my softsynths and sampler modules in this way it also rocks. The drawbar organ sounds are excellent. The primary thing I do not like about this board is the built in speakers can sound pretty bad very quickly. You can overload them without much volume on some presets. On most though it sounds great there are line outs so I run it through my PA most of the time anyway. The grand piano button(yamaha has this to) takes you right to the 1st preset Grand Piano(obviously) and it is a good sounding preset as good as the real thing? No but close enough to make beautiful music. It is solidly built and now can be had for very little money. If you or someone you know wants a great board to learn or just to play this is a super choice I have used it onstage right alongside expensive boards not squeamish at all,its a great board its not a super expensive workstation but thats whats cool about it its inexpensive and still a great set of keys.
