The Compac is like a preset synth but with no presets. It has all the stuff they usually have. Vibrato, portamento but no hi-tech modulation stuff. But the thing with this one is that you have 2 OSC:s. And they can be split up, so that you get one OSC on each side of the keyboard? It also has 2 separate out in this mode, one for each OSC. I have not played it much so i cant tell you that much of the sound. But the filters is quite´crisp and nasty (for this type of synth). And this spring reverb fact? Na no spring reverb at all. The 4 is mostly for the split function the sound as far as i have heard is a 3
