You can mimic the original EVI (electronic Valve Instrument) from Steiner very well with this thing. Just be sure that you put up your synth as a monophonic instrument with no envelope modulation. In that way almost every waveform can be played as a convincing windinstrument. I think that the breathcontrolled VCA and VCF design is the same as in the EVI.
