I got this too for around 80 dollars and i thought it was a bit of crap at

first. However the more i started understanding how to program it

the more i took a liking to it. I mean the sounds to can program on it can be very complex and such. Also

It has two dco's but you can layer 1 sound onto another and have a sound

with 4 oscs. with each osc having its own pitch, envelope, dca, dcw ect.

You can make some really beautiful warm sounding vibraphony organ type sounds

that throw you into a trance. Memory is limited but you can just sysex dump

the sound onto your computer . It has a ring modulator too! its very cool and

cheap and if you come across it is worth getting.

Neil Vance a part time user from N. Ireland writes:
I seen it being demo'ed at the Frankfurt Music Messe March 1985. I Purchased the first one to come into Northern Ireland at the top retail price (349.00) that was a bargain. 14 years on, the CZ is still a vital part of my music production.

ED GRACE (SK SYSTEMS) a part time user from Britain writes:
It's a pretty cool machine, but I bet nobody out there got it cheaper than me. I paid ten quid for mine! Only ten pounds, and it's a pretty cool little number.....

Gregory Bryan a professional user from US writes:
I bought my CZ in 1983 and it's still going strong! I've used it on several professional recordings and it has never let me down. It's quick and easy to program in just the sound you need for the occasion. Definitely one of my favorites!

John Lancia a hobbyist user from USA writes:
I BOUGHT ONE OF THESE USED FOR $80 AND I LOVE THE CRAPPY SOUNDS!

IF YOU ARE INTO WEIRD SYNTH NOISES THIS PUPPY IS FOR YOU!

I USE MINE TO CREATE ELECTRONIC FREAK A ZOID ROBOT MUSIC!

CZ-101 IS A GREAT AND CHEAP WAY TO EXPLORE SYNTHESIZERS, EVEN

IF THESE KEYS ARE SMALL, I USE IT AS A MODULE ANYWAY SO IT

DON'T MATTER!
