There honestly is no box on planet earth like it. Amazing sounds in this unit worth every penny. But if you have one keep it a secret because it is a very usefull weapon.

The World Expedition ROM that comes in the planet earth is simply one of the best ROM that E-MU ever created. They are discontinued along with the Planet Earth for some time now and very hard to come by. Recently saw just the ROM without the Planet Earth module casing go for $300 plus shipping on ebay. Have also seen the Planet Earth itself go for as high is $500. There is a real demand for these, so dont hesitate if you see one for sale. Very satisfying sounds.

Impossible to find. Impossible to even find the World ROM that comes with it. No wonder! This is the finest ethnic sound module Ive ever worked with. If you can find it , grab it. These will only go up in value. I have one for 2 years and cannot imagine life without it. the best.

the planet earth is getting extremely hard to find now. seems like people are holding on to them. you almost hardly ever see on on eBay. The reason is that this baby is the best of all of EMU's modules if you like world/ethnic sounds. It's a keeper! Im sure glad i have mine and I will never sell it. Also got rid of my old trusty Proteus 3 that ive had from the 90's since this has like 8 times the sounds and 10 times the features. I love it!
