I own several Emulators in my studio (2x EII, 2x EIII and IV) besides other stuff. Both my EIII rack and EIII keyboard are the most musical instruments that I have here (besides my Fairlight CMI). Try sampling a dull DX-7 sound into the EIII and see how it comes alive on the EIII!!! Pads that come from the Kurzweil K2500S and are played from the EIII are out of this world! The rack versions are pretty rare. Only buy the 8MB versions since the 4MB versions are not upgradable anymore! They require a special PAL that is not available from EMU as we speak. Great classic machine! Get one before they will sky-rocket in price!
