i can't live without this sampler. i had my ASR for 11 years and it never dissapointed me. I made a mistake and let some one use it and they never retuned it to me. so i went without it for 3 years. It was pure hell without it. i don't do alot of sampling but it good to have that option. i just bought another one yesterday and i'm feel like i'm on top of the world. since i lost the first one, i really didn't feel like producing or creating anything. Now i feel like i can create anything. I tried to live without it,,, I can't

I am adding an internal solid state memory to my asr 88. there is plenty of room inside and the memory takes no space. I am adding 2GB and they work as a internal hard drive. I am doing the same with my Emax II. Load time is invisible and there is no heat.

I thoroughly enjoy my ASR-10. The only sdown side to mine is I bought it with no SCSI card. Thats the reason I got for $400. Coupled this up with my MPC2000XL... Hoooo-doggy! They are a beast! I know people say the ASR-10 is wanted more now than ever because Kanye, Timbaland and other Hip Hop producers use them. But I use mine for House music and it is the real deal when it comes to enhancing my music. one...
