Bought this beast about a year ago for about $40 (not joking) with minor defects. Got it from a bulldozer operator who was a part time wedding musician and was too frustrated with such an outdated device like Estradin 230 and thought he'd better stick to modern yamahas. Machine is really mean, very wide variety of parameters except some generally traditional things from mid 80ies like vibrato with delay. Juicy leads and overtone-rich noise, sound loves to float off sometimes. Quite interesting attempts to emulate similar class moog sound, when tuned appropirately (something like elephant dancing a balet..). It even had some self-made "M00G" stamp on it :D

I bought an Estradin 230 on ebay and he arrived bumped and the keyboard is destroyed. So I need the plan of the electronic inside to check if every connection is OK. Please if you got one send me a copy by mail or maybe just a close picture of the inside (specially the keyboard connections) will be nice. thanks.

For me this machine is great. You can make the most beutiful noise but it also has great straight sounds and you can even get pretty good percussion sounds out of it. It has some problems with staying in tune the poor thing but like all people aren't good singers and have problems staying in tune all synthesizers can't be good at staying in tune. It is very heavy, and that's good because I don't trust light electronic equipment. The in and outputs are 5 pin plugs so you have to fix your own cords. There's a very clever thing on the back of it, there are two compartments, one for the electronic cord and the other is empty and there you can pur your other cords or maybe some effect pedals. The knobs are big and trustworthy. I bought my Estradin in Estonia for approx.$330 but you can definitly get it much cheaper in Russia but it's very hard to find it there if you don't know where to look. So, the Estradin 230 definitly gets my recommendation.
