ooh! What a lovely program! This program isn't just for drums and kicks! You can do basslines, sweeps, even strings with it!!

This is one of the greatest audio software I have ever come across. It's technically free too, I'd much rather give someone a tape of me than $15. Free exposure and an awesome free synth program...how good can it get? I usually use mine for evil kick sounds and I love making fake, cheezy hi-hats, snares, and claps. You can really invent your own percussion sounds on this and the quality of the sound is good enough that you could make yourself a legend. Synth sounds aren't amazing, but they're better than most of the stuff out there...besides there's really no limit to what you can do (as long as you have an external editor). I love using it to spice up acoustic drum loops that are missing some oomph. I also put basslines over top of acoustic drums using this and it sounds incredible. By the way, steve, how are you using this Casio with Stomper? Is it a sampler or something? Just wondering. Toodles.

To hell with trying to emulate the old roland synths! Stomper can do so much more. I've made tracks with just stomper and a casio pt-10 and it pisses all over midi. I'm still making sounds with stomper. The tracking isn't always up to par, however. Reminds me of a wurlitzer sideman, kinda. The sounds are big, earthshattering, and fat. wicked.

I use Stomper for ALL of my drum sounds. It awesome! Using it with Goldwave as an additional editor, its AMAZING the sounds you can pull out! From deep house kicks to harsh industrial throbs, this thing works for it all. Now, i need to get off my butt and send Zap some music! I have owned 5 drum machines in my time and sold them all cause this just blows all of them away!!!
