BEST DRUM MODULE EVER!! Built like a tank, nice bright LCD, hot outputs, plenty of patch memory and most importantly, the sound.. good lord, how did they get such a massive sound out of a single rack space unit?!! Huge kicks, punchy snares, analog noises galore and gritty 8-bit hihats and cymbals (the hihats, claps, rims, crashes and rides are 8-bit samples with analog filtering, everything else is pure analog). The presets alone will keep me satisfied for quite some time, but the editing is very deep, with tons of parameters for each instrument. If there's one drawback, it's the lack of knobs and multi-level menu diving for front-panel editing. But it was really designed to be edited with software, and is advertised as such.

If you're in the market for an analog drum module and don't need a lot of knobage, this is it. No rompler or digital unit can compare. Jomox should be commended for creating such a high-quality professional unit.
