Wow! This is really cool; great for industrial sounds and techno. Its Digital, but can be tweeked enough to sound analog. Its FAT but not extremely!! I love this synth; I use it every day. If you think of a sound you want; you'll get it out of this bad boy. The ENV is great... Really gets some odd sounds. The Resonance is screeching; which can be annoying, but cutoff is great.....

I think it's great. As a first-time synth it really has all you want. "Voices" is great. "Strings aren't too bad as well. Good when used with Cubase. Absolutly stunning for creating your own sounds. Problem is, though, I don't have a card to save the sounds I create.

I also own a Kawai k4 and i really love that machine, cause you can easily use it as a superb drum/effect station, by creating 8,6,4,2 sounds per track.. with this k4-librarian, you dont have to get sick of the same old samples .... maybe we can trade patches ..where can i download good patches for hip hop, drumnbass,tripflop etc......... NICE SITE ... go ahead ... PATCH PATCH PATCH

I THINK WHEN USED PROPERLY THE KAWAI K4 IS KILLER. NOW I KNOW IT'S NOT GOOD FOR REAL SOUNDS LIKE PIANO AND SUCH BUT USED FOR MOOD SOUNDS AND EAR CANDY IT'S A PRETTY NICE SYNTH. IF YOU WANT TO HEAR WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT GET DOWN TO YOUR RECORD STORE AND LOOK UP A COPY OF PHYSICAL THERAPY'S TWO CD's PHYSICAL THERAPY AND CASINO.
