I used to love my K5. Solid, I liked the interface and architecture, good price.
I sold it pretty quick, though, because of the noise. It's pretty bad.

I owned this synth ( keyboard version ) for about 6 months. I liked the styling, but soundwise ..... naahhhh. It could not really convince me. Mayhap my lack of programming skills could have something to do with that. Too much hassle fiddling about with all those odd and even harmonics. Unique synthesis though. I let a friend of mine tweek with for a couple of weeks. I admit he got some nice digital resonance thingies out of it, but it still was thin and sterile. However, if you need some digital shrieking noises, the K5 is a good choice.
