Works great wonderful sounds, keyboard sucks: broke keys in the first week I had it, returned for another. unit received velocity and aftertouch info - so buy another controller and connect up. Has Jan Hammer sounds from Miami Vice!

Cosmo a hobbyist user from Germany writes:
One of the best Keyboards I've ever had! Forget the Casios or Yamahas – this beast kills them all. My next Synth will be a K1, so I can edit these Sounds. Amazing. And I got it cheap. Runs usually @ eBay for 30-50 bucks. Get one! a clear 10/10 points... www.cosmods.de

#! Shotta a professional user from Canada writes:
Got this joint in 2001.As a cheap little start to whats now a dope production lab. The 80s throwback in the sound patches definitley gives this keyboard the juice it needs to be a hidden Gem n one of the secret weapons in my production arsenal.Though the synth type sounds are its strong point to give songs a retro feel piano and string sounds tracked with effects on them have did wondas for a playa too!!! The Sound effects n Drum Kit is Weak though especially for that street sound (hip hop RnB ETC) Ideal too hook up in A midi Chain with controller keyboard n drum pad

Doug a hobbyist user from Canada writes:
I've owned the Kawai PH-50 for years, and like its features. It's fun to play, and fun to use as a background for playing my guitar. The price is very good for the PH-50 provides.

My wife likes to use it since she took music lessons.

On Jan 5 2004 I uploaded a few pictures to the site, but so far the managers haven't added it.

James E. Bonner a hobbyist user from USA writes:
I don't have one now! but I use to have one and I listened to some of the song I recorded with it, now I wish I had kept it. because of the sounds it put out. for a cosumer keyboard, you really can't beat the sound if you know how to use them. I'd like to buy one, if someone out there have one for sale.
