Some nostalgy with this cutie, it used to be my first synth. The sounds are

very much weird, but the &quot;analogue-like&quot; (well, somewhat similiar at least)

programming interface is much easier to use than DX's. It's good for digital

and weird stuff, but you can forget analogue emulations. However, I liked it

very much. I even managed to get _really_ experimental sounds with a rom-card

when I kept it in my wallet for a couple of months. I never knew you could

edit rom sounds ;)

The presets suck, but I love to reprogram this puppy for some mondo sound!! The facilities are controllable as seperate sources so I can modulate 8 monoriffs from my pc sequencer. With the sequencer, (and hopefully a librarian/editor if I can find one), and some reprogramming, the 707 is great!
