This Synth sounds thin, cheap and buzzy. Right. Forget the built-in oscillators. Instead, connect your mic, your guitar or whatever with the input of the 770, and you´ll fall in love just like me. no kidding. Everything sounds creamy, noisy and colourfull and definitely much more interesting than through a Roland SH or a MS 20. Tough words - i know, but true. :-)

Callum a part-time user from Shares a studio with martin writes:
I bought one in England last year for £75. Mines in great shape though does go out of tune alot. The imput facility is quite good. £350 is alot to pay. The 707 is no moog, Arp or SH101. I'm going to sell mine and buy a Yam CS01. A 707 is worth about £100 to a max of £150. £350 is alot for a monopoly which is a much better synth.

Martin a part-time user from Ireland writes:
£350 is a lot to pay for one of these. The sonic possibilities are limited on the 770. However if you enjoy the little synth what's the problem. When or if you come to sell it you will get most or even all of your money back. The problem i have come accross is availability of parts. So hope and pray that the little beast doesnt go wrong.

Strat a professional user from san diego writes:
I love my 770! I use this thing live as my gansta wistle and in the studio as a filter. I found a setting for this thing that cuts thru any mix. Who has a manual? Listen for it in the background audio loop at http://www.honeybucket.net
