I like it for the old analog sounds. You can't really tweak

with them on stage, but they're fun in the studio or home. The joy

stick is more fun than a wheel and the arpeggiator is pretty cool

Besides the fact that one octave has gone out on mine and I have

to use it with a midi controller it has been a very reliable synth

even after being abused and tormented on stage. If you want a good

analog keyboard for around $300 dollars, I say go for it, get a

DW8000. Also if anyone has a manual, I would greatly appreciate

a copy.

It's a pretty fun synth to work with. The keyboard is not that bad-well except for the occasional clicking of the keys but all & all a good synth. Oh yeah, and the joystick is a lot more fun to work w/than wheels...

Great synth I too like the organ and string sounds I've got a great over-driven/metal guitar patch that sounds great with a phaser. the delay and modulation routings allow for some great pads/effects Angel city no longer sells their upgrade anybody know where one is still available or the ex expansion board somebody wants to sell? I've got a blank data sheet for those who want to record data in a real permanent form Wouldn't sell my DW that's my final comment!

For all you folks looking for the manual. It really doesn't help much at all. You are better off just getting familiar with it's parameter listings on the front of it. Rob
