But the microkeys are why this baby has such a small footprint. So, it really is not negotiable. We wanted small and portable and Korg gave it to us. AND its got some real sonic BALLS!

Yes, i know what you mean....the mini keys are a problem for most players. Korg really should have put full size 25 keys like the BassStation. What were they thinking? a keyboard for midgets perhaps. who knows? any way, the minikeys bug everyone who does not have skinny fingers like a child or little girl. Also, what's up with all the tiny little fine print on there. Damn that looks too much like casio board at wal-mart so i cannot relate to this item designed to look like a cheap toy. But it does sound good if you dig the MS2000. I sold my MS2000 long ago and never even knew it was gone. What's all the hype about? Im really not sure, but then again who cares?

Got the micro for my birthday (!). Set it next to my Triton Studio 88 - and guess which one I've been playing? (In bed with headphones - bonus).

I use the Triton for structural composition - what goes where, when, transitions, melodic structure, etc. The microKorg I'm going use to basically just go batshit, which is a VERY good thing, especially if you're into PSB like me, and want Bach served with a heavy dollop of electroclash.

Waaah. The UI takes a moment to decipher before you can start gutting a patch - ever play a DX7?

Compared to the Triton, the micro is far easier to just get into and mangle sound. And if you'll excuse, that's just what I'm going to go do.
