Very nice small thing. Looks like toy, the keys may be annoyng, but not for me (small fingers). Sounds cool, some programs not very good, but its modular, so be creativ.

MicroKorg, a quite good player for the money I paid. Very analog and remarkable. Bringing Kraftwerk sounds out of my fingertips is best.
I enjoy doing modulator.
MicroKORG is a best of best!

Only in electronic music is there such pretension when it comes to gear. I've read all the complaints. Polyphony! Small Keyboard! Not Analog Enough! Nothing compared to _______ synthesizer! A toy!
Not one negative review talks about what is pure joy in this keyboard. They only hack away at it like stupid comic book fanboys. Enjoy wacking off on your TB-303's, boys.
I brought one of these right away and regret it not.
I can't believe how they can get away with selling a VA like this for under 5 hundred dollars. Excellent effects, excellent filters, excellent bass sounds, nice arpeggiator, and you know what? The keyboard isn't too bad. I play the harmonium which is an indian, accordian like instrument with keys not much bigger. And to top it off, vocoders are back, kiddies, and that's thrown in, to boot. What was that? Formant hold! Sweetness. All for under 400 dollars.
Maybe it's just me, but I've always been more concerned with the end results of my music than bragging about a fetishized hyped up piece of gear just to say I have it. And this baby delivers on all fronts. Makes me wet.
I'd go for the MS2000 for knob tweakery but if it's a matter of money (as it is for most) the sacrifice is not so bad for the 300 dollar difference. These is hard times. But theres something about this being battery powered and it's size that is just so hello kitty cute!
So thats that. XOXO

i like real analog, but i also like the new microkorg, the price is reasonble, compare w/ the expensive roland stuffs---v-synth,fantom,...and the sh32 just can't beat the korg electribes or this little microkorg. on sound, functions and prices.i won't say dsi evolver is not good,i got one too,mfb is also good tho ppl said its only dco,who cares?it sounds good.microkorg sounds good too even its only a v.a. machine.who cares its real/fake analog or digital if it sounds good and suits ur works and taste.

The micro korg is great! I dont know why some of u are complaning about the 4 note polyphony!,just do what I do!, get a freakin boss br1180 and record one track at a time! its as simple as that! then, when your are done,do the final mix!what is so hard about that?and another thing!,just because its battery operated, does not mean its a toy!,this is a killer synth! a real synth!but if you have fat fingers, this synth is not for you!great shit on this babykorgie, the appreggiator is killer, especially if you are gonna create some dancesounds!and the vocoder!,to die for!,very audible, and inteligible! Ive had my micro korg for six months now, and have done many songs! I give the micro korg a fat five!Way to go korg!
