I have used my n364 for the last two years...I can say that overall I am pleased. There are a few things that need work like the pianos and drum samples but, for the price you won't get any better. The keyboard in damn near bullet proof, unlike all the ensoniq products I have used! It's just like peavey amps.....you trade a little sound for reliability!

A slightly revamped X3 springs to mind here. Ok 400 presets and 400 combis is ok but we will never really use them all. Layred combis can be good when edited right but there is still something it lacks. I wish now I never got rid of my 01W, not that was a synth if I ever heard one. Really superb sounds and also a great editing window aswell, why couldn't Korg use this in the X3 and N364?.......Maybe Korg should use customer feedback and ask us the players of their instruments what we really want. Would also help if the R&D department spent more time on a good piano sound, suppose I will have to buy a good piano module..any suggestions?. The N364 is a good keyboard/workstation but it ain't brilliant, time to re write the rule book I think Korg.

Pads, strings and organs are top notch. Good piece to own, if you're into trance, electro or EBM you will need other gear. Amazingly easy to use. I like the feel alot. The Piano does suck, get over it. Korg is years behind in this area. Why the hell don't they invest time improving their piano sounds???
