The dogs bollocks for any live multi keyboard setup. Hammer action too light for my taste though.

I have the tech manual but like others have said it is very...confusing. The keyboard is perfect for practicing the piano when you dont want to disturb the other people in your house. As for not having the wurlitzer sounds, I dont think it really matters, I have a real wurlitzer piano, and the PC88 can mimic it if you just tweak some of the other piano sounds a little. The main thing about the PC88 is that you have to work with it to get what you want.

I have had this synth for about 2 years now, and I must say that I am very

satisfied with the sounds and the Clav, espessially the Piano Sounds. They are

great. I would just like to have an upgrade to mx-version. That would give me

some more sounds to it, but now I use some other modules that gives me the

sounds I need. The only problems that have occured is some adjustment to the

BndRange in the MIDI menu. It has a tendensy to unadjust itself 2 steps, and

that is very annoying if you play together with other people. (It sounds like.....!)

I have managed to fix it, when I stored the BndRange to the internal voices.

Otherwise I must say that this is a very good product from Kurzweil, and I hope

it will give them a lift, and a good reportation.

I have big problems with the touch. On each new gig, some notes loose

there original weighted action because of a little plastic piece that break

on each note. Do any body ever had this problem. Do Kurzweil did something

for that problem? Because of this problem i can't give a good mark for this

synth that is supposed to be professionnal...
