Glad to see all the rubbish postings gone! A fine synth with some good sounds and a classy chassis. It is a better minimoog and must have its place in the world. The cost is daft so you must be a fan. Even being a fan might not be enough. My neighbour has got one. You must swear an oath to the sacred moog name before he will let you have a go. If he feels ripped off I will give him half what he paid for it. Even then it will be expensive!

Hi Friends! I own and love this great sounding monosynth BUT - there's a few things that irk me. The touch screen is a complete turn off, it feels like a CHEESY Korg Kaoss Pad. Yuk! I prefer the hands on usage of the mod wheel, filter adjustments, etc... Dial tweekin'!! For me that's what the moog magic is all about. Also, the flimsy buttons that toggle thru the display menus and the display screen makes the synth feel somewhat fragile too. The Old Mini was a lot more hefty in terms of build strength. I love the voyager bass and leads...........Noithing compares to U Voyager. ***I think it's kind of ridiculous that Bob Moog would offer a signature version that is personally inspected by him and let "LESSER QUALITY" synths go out the door... In my humble opinion, he's kinda saying his reguylar quality control inspections are not as good as his. There is absolutely NO difference between the signature model and the performer (NADA). ('Cept for the Big Briar Greedy Signature)

Hi, I'm so excited! I just bought the Voyager and my solo synth days have just begun! The bass is thunderous, the leads are stunning. I've had difficulty when recording with the voyager, it seems everything else in the mix becomes secondary...It's so pronounced. This is one fantastic synth, the moog sound is unmistakeable - .....the synth is brilliantly designed... I love getting those frequencies all funked up, weird detuning...it's orgasmic stuff...I used to own a minimoog - and i think the voyager is much better...And hey, look at how long the mini moogs have last? 30 years plus! The build quality of this synth is love a long time...I'm happy, the 2K plus price was worth it...

how can you play an atmospheric pad on a moog when it won't allow you to? anyway, moog sounds good, but technology is dinosaur, if you want moog sounds, but much more versatility, get arturia's moog modular V vst plug in.
