This is a fantastic bit of kit - midi controller, Kaoss style XY pad, 24 bit audio with 2 XLR inputs with phantom power, built in crystal clear effects including reverb, a compressor, EQ, chorus, distortion , delay, has a template to control my Cubase, and to boot it is a built in K station hardware synth with 200 editable presets Everything goes back & forth through a USB cable, and..... your PC can power it up !!!!.
You just need to take a bit of time tpo learn to use it, coz all the controls are close together, but its a fantastic all in one solution. A few can't do's - can't run the audiuo (guitars and stuff) through the synth, you can only run it through the effects unit, although you can record audio in at the same time as playing teh onboard synth. As well as my PC, I have an old pentium 3 600MHZ laptop, and teh asio drivers included let me play with near zero latency !! Woo-hoo !!
