Love my ob 32 sounds just like a Hammond b3 I have gigged mine for the last four years without a problem I fined the fast Leslie effect quite good but I use it with stereo amplification Just wondering if all the other postings have tried this? Just using the Leslie in the mono setup just gives a vibrato sound. with the stereo setup you get the sense of sound movement and slight phasing between the two channels makes it sound pretty close to the real thing Oslo the slow Leslie effect in stereo is just amazing I’ve got no interest in anything else I will own mine forever.

Well, on an overall scale of 1 to 5 The OB-3 Squared Keyboard gets a 5. For onr thing a "Clonewheel" should NOT be difficult to play, like a REAL HAMMOND, just set up Your Drawbars the way You like them... THEN YOUR OFF!!!! There is however the issue of the Leslie Sim, I found that playing this Beauty LIVE with or without The Real Thing is AWSOME.. I hate to disagree, but unless You've been playing a Hammond organ( I have an RT-3 with a 145 Leslie) for 30 + years, YOU CAN'T TELL THE DIFFREBCE!! And bear in mind this is decade-old technology, as far as I'm concerned, I don't miss the "Waterfall" keys nor do I miss lugging a 525 pound Hammond around. And I do agree the overdrive does sound like a Fuzzbox but, I don't use it that often. And so overall this "Classic" gets a 5 in overall Playing and portability.. BRAVO OBERHEIM!!

I have been playing my B3 for 30+ years and I have used a VK7, Bx3 and the Hammond clone, not very impressed. I stumbled on the OB3 squared module on Ebay two years ago and bought it after internet research reviews. Absolutely a good buy! I midi it thru a D-50 and either my little Peavey Keyboard amp or small PA setup, must run it 2 channel as, yes, the fast Leslie sucks! For the money, if you need a clone cuz the B won't fit on stage (or you're too old to lift it , of course than stop playing)it is as good as anything out there. No piano or any thing else, just organ, but very happy with it. Problem is if I run it thru my Leslie 122, I might as well just setup the B3 cuz wirh the stand and all takes up as much room as the wooden beast!

I have a Viscount db3, the same of the Oberheim except for the external design (black instead of white). Well... great for its price. I agree with those who have yet noticed the problem with the leslie sim in fast position.. it sounds really poor, but not too bad: you've just to find the right speed for the rights drawbar setting. Except from this I did not find any problem, you have all you can need from a single keyboard hammond clone.

I still like mine, I have B3,L100, XT3. Fast Leslie sucks, so I use my 910. Just wish I had a manual for this unit. Great stage player.
