Just started using Rebirth 2.0. I'm still a beginner at making music...so..what is the easiest way to import your own sounds into 2.0? Besides that, I've found it really easy to use, intuitive. I tried to download a new mod, DJ. Luvchile's something or other, but it 2.0 says "unable to open mod" and that's it. Does anyone know of a mirror site in the US ? DJ'd for 5 yrs here in NY but that's a long way from producing a piece of music from scratch. Gotta hand it to all yo mofos that can actually take an idea from the thinking it up stage to comin out the speakers just like you want it stage. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.......

I think this a very very excellent software package! With 2 303s, an 808, an a 909 this is already a must have. But now with version 2.0 there is so much more capabilities, like being able to downlod alot of mods with different sounds, and being able to put in your own sounds! This makes it a very versatile program, and takes over the function of Fruity loops, as you can add you own sounds, and program the exact same as fruity loops! plus, it now has a compressor, to add to the package. Among this, it has rewire to midi it to Cubase or Cakewalk, making this a very versatile, useful, almost seperate module. Great for all kinda tracks.

... i am a registered user, and i think rb is worth every penny it costs. lot of fun and much more cheap than the originals, but better to use, especially if you have cubase vst 4.0 and rewire, which doubles the fun. get it, i say.

I've never heard of anyone with an actual registered copy! I think the hackers are eating Stienburg alive with this one!!

Too bad, the program is very well put together with the exception of song mode/pattern mode crap. Still, very fun.

REBIRTH is interesting, but no where near as compelling in the accessibility stakes as using the MKS50 in combination with a PG300-real sliders, real time. Oh and it knows not what latency is or cares.
