i really like this synth it has great sounds the one bought the mixes seem to bounce all over the place when using the first quad knob the company told me if i press 1st and 4th knobs down while powering will prevent the problem or if you have better solution does it have a power supply of some sort ideas please email me or call 18076228085 for instructions costa586@hotmail.com its the best sounding synth i ever bought

User interface - not sure, I am too much into the Yamaha SY77 & EX7 systems and the Alesis screen is small. I've had mine for about 7 years and some of the buttons only work when you really press hard. I have used it a lot though, maybe it needs a service! If you want a decent piano / electric piano sound, buy this synth. Otherwise, not worth it.

I bought a used QS plus Piano to use as a controller for my Soft Synths and just fell in love with the Strings and Pads. Some of the woodwind sounds are good too but I don't see myself using them any time soon. Solo brass are ok and can work in a mix but you arn't gonna fool anyone. Don't even bother messing with the brass section stuff.
