Very simple Drummachine, only presets but awesome sounding ! The dynamic is really good, a very deep and full sounding Bassdrum and a snappy snare. For electro or oldschoolsound, a perfect and cheap machine

Unfortunatly the Cr-68 is infact a VERY poor drum machine (coming from a very centered view). The Cr 68 dose not allow pattern programing. Instead it provides you with 34 preset rythems "Rock 1 A/B, Rock 2 A/B, Rock 3 A/B, Rock 4 A/B,.... etc..etc.. Mambo, Chacha, Beguine, Rhumba" along with a knob to control 5 variations, along with tempo, volume controls and all that. So not only are you limited to creative patterns with this drum machine the Cr 68 lacks what I like to call the most important feature of the box.. Quality sound. Although off hand on little cheap speakers and such it sounds fine (I kind of even liked the Bass) when I hooked it up to P.A. speakers I was uphauld. The sounds were all blochy and flat. Along with that the Accent sparked signals which were oh-so-unpleasant to the ears. I routed it through my compressor and the sounds were just to unidentifiable. With this machine you just can't win. You try and rout it into an exciter and it sounds like staticy old speakers or like a bad radio signal. Now I'm not a fool, I'm always looking at old gear hoping to find the next TB 303 but with this thing... it's like looking for two identical snow flakes you just won't find em. I gave up on this thing and sold it to some one else. It's just not worth it. Stay away from this machine. Cheers,
