I found the manual fell short. I felt the writer assumed I knew more about the unit he did. e.g. spent much time finding out how to transpose more than 1/2 step. Reverb shows 8 different types, I still don't know how to change.I hate having the manuel in 3 languanges.

I bought EM25 hopping to play in caffes and parties but it's not so easy since you have to wait a while for a MIDI song to load from a disk. All in all it has perfect honky-tonk, very good organs & brass and poor strings.

I've got an em 25-H version. "H" means: the 1-16 factory styles are from typical hungarian musics, like "mulatós", "lagzi-pop", hungarian evergreens, and gipsy music. But People can't use the machine perfectly in bigger hungarian parties, because the loading from the floppy is a litlle bit slow, and it has only 8(!) user programm place. I think, that the EM 25H is nice for home-music, or small parties, but people can buy for 2x price an better used-keyboard arranger, like E 600, or Yamaha PSR 1000.

i've got a EM15 which i enojoy very much. I've MIDI it to my computer easily and have created grate backtracks. Two disappontments though: I wish the keyboard had a volume slider or knob. Instead it has 2 electronic buttons - one for up and one for down which you have to hold down to move teh volume up or down. Not very good when you're playing live. Secondly, I miss the joystick like crazy.
